Out of a southern blue I split myself into your last six songs of sorrow that saved me. And tore through love the same way I did. I gave myself up lost. I followed your sweet cry, a sound that slowly died and drown me while angels stepped around the fallen. I held my held up high. The weight was on my side. I can feel you here alone beside me, a fool who waits so long in hiding. We tried to hide all night and split ourselves into the last six songs of sorrow that saved us.
